Colorado Prevention Partnership Core Values
There are a number of values guiding this project:

It should be Transforming meaning that there should be greater collaboration and communication among the various groups involved in prevention activities to ensure a decrease in duplication of services and programs and an increase in capacity to address prevention concerns.
It should be Data-Driven meaning that a thorough analysis of the community’s substance abuse experience should guide how funding and programs are directed.
•It should have Community impact meaning that it should be broad in nature, bringing change to a majority of citizens.
•It should be Culturally Responsive meaning that effort should be made to understand the values and traditions of the community, drawing upon the inherent strengths of the population.
•It should be Sustainable meaning that prevention efforts will continue beyond the grant funding with the community embracing the goals and directions established through this grant period.
