1. 2013 GRAND VALLEY HEALTH FAIR
   Presenting Sponsors: Grand Valley Lions Clubs, Mesa County Health Department, St. Mary's Hospital, Rocky Mountain Health Plans
   
   
   Date: Friday September 27, 2013

   Location: Two Rivers Convention Center (Contract includes booth set-up, drapes, piping, tables, chairs, tear down and food for volunteers
   1. All blood work will be pre-fair draws by appointment in August and September (Hooray, no more lines). Results will be mailed before September 27 so participants can bring their results to fair and speak to a doctor.Lab work will be performed by St. Marys. Contract price includes medical supplies. Price will be $30 of which $5 will be given to committee to help cover costs of putting on the event.
   2. Free screenings will include, pulmonary function, bone density, vision screening, BMI, foot health, blood pressure, diabetes check, cardiovascular risk,
   3. Educational booths will include dental health, pharmacists will be present to discuss your medications,  Community health and human services and wellness programs.  Navigators to help you find the community program to serve your needs.
   Volunteers will be needed for pre-draws in August and September (dates TBD) and the fair day.

   2. Assistance filling out forms
   3. Answering general questions
   4. Providing assistance to some of the free screenings ( line monitors, height & weight, blood pressure checks)
   5. Providing staffing assistance at some of the booths
